The Provincial DDs and COs conference with Principal Staff Offrs of NCC HQ presided by the Director held at the HQ conference hall on 16 March 2023. Initially, the Director welcomed all participants and explained the aim of the conference and subsequently the DDs presented their presentations as per the agenda sent by HQ. Thereafter, the Director passed down fol to all attendees:a. Important instructions of State Minister of Def and Secretary of Def related to NCC.b. Way Forward plan of the NCC.c. Working expectations, policies and directions Then, all PSOs, section heads and Comdt Trg Centre passed down important instructions through presentations.Finally solutions for difficulties / recommendations tabled by DDs and COs were discussed and found. The fruitful conf was concluded by the Director appreciating and thanking all who attended.
