As approved in last year,
the 14th and 25th Battalions of the National Cadet Corps were merged on 23rd February 2023 and started continuing as the 14th Battalion, under the Command of Lt Col KAU Santhasiri, the past Commanding Officer of the 14th Battalion, which has discontinued functioning.
After assuming duties Lt Col KAU Santhasiri addressed officers, Permanent Staff Instructors and Non Commissioned Officers of the Battalion.
