Indian Lt Col Puneet Sushil psc Deputy Defence Advisor paid a courtesy call on the Director National Cadet Corps Brigadier GS Fonseka USP psc, on 07th February 2023, at HQ NCC.The discussion between them focused more on how to increase the activities between NCC India and NCC Sri Lanka and implementing the vision of the State Minister of Defence, Hon Premitha Bandara Tennakoon by improving the infrastructure faclilities for Cadets in Northern and Eastern Provinces of Sri Lanka.
