The Passing Out Parade of Probationary Officers Intake 42 of the National Cadet Corps was held at the National Cadet Corps Training Centre, Rantambe on 5th March 2023.Brigadier GS Fonseka USP psc, Director National Cadet Corps graced this ceremonial event as the Chief Guest.

82 Probationary Officers who were enlisted from all Provinces of Sri Lanka, underwent the 49 day PO Course and passed out after the successful completion.

Lt Col HMMC Bandara, the Commanding Officer of the 35th Battalion of the NCC performed as the Course Commander of this intake.
Being members of a proud organisation which earned President’s Colours and Corps Colours last month for the dedicated service rendered to the nation for the past 142 years, these young officers are looking forward to contributing their share to groom and mould future leaders and good citizens to the nation from tomorrow onwards. The Director and all Officers of the National Cadet Corps wish them all the best and good luck in their future endeavours.
