The dawned new year 2024 was celebrated sticking to the instructions sent by the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs and Provincial Council.Director NCC Brig Sudantha Fonseka USP psc hoisted the National Flag while the Brigadier Admin and Quartering, Brig Priyankara Vithanage hoisted the NCC flag in the morning session of the first working day of the new year, in front of all Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers, Non- Commissioned Officers and the Civilian Staff who fell in squads, in the premises of the NCC Headquarters for the new year oath.After the oath, all attended the traditional tea party at the Auditorium of the National Cadet Corps Headquarters where the Director addressed the staff of the HQ-NCC and reminded the successful performances and achievements gained in the previous year and inspired all to work for the organisation with the fullest capacity to achieve set targets for the year 2024.
