The newly appointed Director of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Brigadier G.S. Fonseka made a call on the Defence Secretary Gen. Kamal Gunaratne at the Defence Ministry today (Jan 20).

After a cordial discussion, the Defence Secretary and Brig. Fonseka exchanged mementos to mark the occasion.
