The newly appointed Director of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Brigadier GS Fonseka USP psc after assuming duties made a call on the State Minister of Defence, Hon Premitha Bandara Tennakoon, on 25 January 2023. During a cordial discussion, State Minister spelled out as to how the NCC should develop leaders and disciplined citizens to the country in the future. Subsequently, State Minister of Defence and Director, NCC exchanged mementos to mark the occasion.
